Bullace Gin
Bullaces belong to the plum family: found in the hedgerows and smaller than a plum yet bigger than a sloe with the same flavour profile. In our view they make a mellow warming winter drink. They ripen in the early autumn and our bottles are made with fruit from the previous year, so they’ve had plenty of time to mature before drinking.
Every 200ml bottle of our Bullace Gin is made with at least 80g of Bullaces.
