Made with juicy, local Victoria Plums, this full bodied liqueur is produced in the traditional French way. Our plums have been soaked in red wine before the liqueur process begins.
Our Plum Liqueur is perfect in a sparkling or still white wine, as a long drink with lemonade or tonic or just over ice. If you’re a baker, be sure to add it to your crumble. It’s pretty good on vanilla ice cream too!
You might find a little Plum pulp in the bottom of your bottle. It’s because we only use real plums. You can either skate it to re-absorb the pulp or you can leave it in the bottom of the bottle. But we think it’s delicious kept in the glass!
